How much is postage?
£2.50 for CDs, £4 if there's a T-shirt in your order, and £5 more for posters. UK postage is free on orders of £100 or more. We aim to post within 2 working days. Outside the UK? Email hello@hydefamilyjam.com and we'll sort out postage with you.
How does collecting at a show work?
Choose “Collect at a show” at checkout and pick the show. Come to the merch stand on the night and give your name. It's free.
What if it doesn't fit?
Email hello@hydefamilyjam.com within 14 days of getting it and send it back unworn. We'll refund you, and you can order the size you need. You pay the return postage. See Delivery and returns for the details.
